serial request

Hello,
I'm having BIG issues with trying to get my key for windows vista. I registered a few weeks back, and I've been trying to download it, but the download failed on me CONSTANTLY.
So I figured I'd wait until I was able to get a better connection (unfortunately from work). Things went from bad to worse last night when I freakin lost my serial because my PC crashed and I restored my system.
Does anyone know how I can go about getting a new Key sent to me? I can't find the link or the page to request one and it's driving me beserk. I'm currently installing vista now because I figured I'd might as well just start my PC over with the new version.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

The Customer Preview Program closed on June 30th. No more keys will be issued.
There is no procedure for retrieving the key that you would have got in the email from Microsoft after you signed up.
